Explain to me how you can fail to understand a quote but still comment on its beauty?

What the heck is the deal with people saying stuff like, “I don’t know what it means.but its beautiful.” How the h e l l can you say a quote is beautiful if you don’t even understand the meaning of it? I get so frustrated when I see these kinds of posts. I mean.there’s no shanme in not understanding something. I’m sure that even Einstein had things he didn’t understand.but how can you say that a quote is beautiful, and in the same sentence say that you don’t understand the meaning of it? How can it be beautiful if you don’t know what it means. WTF?
